These terms apply to merchants who install the Anam: AI Shopping Assistant app (the “App”) from the Shopify App Store. They supplement the Anam Terms of Service, which apply to your use of Anam, and our Acceptable Use Policy. By connecting the App to Anam, you agree to them.

2. Shopify’s role

Anam AI Ltd, not Shopify, is solely responsible for the App.
Shopify is not liable for the App or your use of it.
Shopify cannot provide support for the App. For help, email support@anam.ai.
Anam AI Ltd is solely responsible for any liability arising from the App.

3. Billing

The App is billed through Shopify, at the price shown on its App Store listing and plan page, and charges appear on your Shopify bill. Anam does not separately bill the Anam organization connected to your store for calls made through the App. You can set a daily call limit and a maximum call length in the App’s settings. Shopify does not cap usage charges.

4. AI disclosure

The App always tells shoppers that they are talking to an AI assistant. You must not remove, hide or contradict that disclosure, including in the assistant’s name, greeting or instructions.

5. Your data and your shoppers’ data

How the App handles store and shopper information is described in the Anam for Shopify privacy notice.

6. Ending use

You can disconnect the App from Anam or uninstall it at any time. Uninstalling ends calls in progress and stops billing for new calls.
