Anam's GTM team is responsible for building market understanding of Anam's real-time interactive AI avatars, the value they drive for businesses, and acquiring customers so they can transform how their employees and end users interact with technology.

It's a full-cycle, high-trust environment where senior contributors are armed with world-class GTM engineering to maximize their productivity + output + win rate, comp tied directly to outcomes, and access to the product itself as a sales training tool as well as world-leading sales coaches for personal development.

Research

Anam's research team exists to solve one of the hardest open problems in AI: building real-time video AI avatars that are indistinguishable from a real human. That means cracking photorealism, lip sync, emotive expression, sub-second latency, and global scale simultaneously, every frame, live.

Colleagues include some of the most credentialed practitioners in real-time video AI in the world: people who led avatar tech at Synthesia, have 38 papers and 27k citations, pioneered diffusion models in Hollywood, and scaled real-time infra to millions of daily users. The team has run over 2,000 training experiments in under a year, making fundamental breakthroughs in motion-identity disentanglement.

Engineering

Anam owns the full-stack end-to-end and ships every single day. Anam's interactive avatars are ranked #1 on market per blind studies for key metrics such as percieved realism and latency. this is driven by our conversation engine made up of custom WebRTC networking, a bespoke ASR and turn-taking system, an in-house orchestration layer, and world-class research; two core face-generation models. Engineers are also responsible for building the Anam Lab, API, and SDK from the ground up for out customers to activate.

The engineering team includes those who have single-handedly built real-time GPU infrastructure serving millions of daily users, technical leads who architected cloud-native systems across AWS and GCP for enterprise SaaS platforms. Individuals are given radical trust and autonomy to make decisions and ship without review, averaging just one meeting a day.
